Hi, I’m Ashley, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) with 13 years of clinical experience in Ohio. I provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences, with a focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD, Autism, and highly sensitive people) as they navigate life transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, parenthood, relocation, and evolving identities.
I work with high-achieving adults experiencing chronic burnout, exhaustion, disconnection from the self, and dysregulated nervous systems, as well as those exploring relationship challenges and questions around meaning, spirituality, and purpose.
Together, we will explore your unique experiences and aspirations as you step into new roles and phases of life.
Transitions are not just moments of change but opportunities for personal development and transformation. You will be guided to embrace your authentic self during times of uncertainty and evolution.
I am passionate about mindfulness, self-compassion, joyful living, deep connections, and grounding in nature. Through empowerment and support, we can all make the changes needed to live more fully and authentically.
Ashley Halasa, LISW-S
